Along with today’s economic downturn my wife and I decided we would try to re-financing our household. With our young children close to graduating senior high school shortly we wanted to make sure there was clearly enough funds in order to send all of them via school.
My wife decided it will be ideal to do an az refi upon the vacation house instead of our primary house in Oregon. I truthfully didn’t mind either way. My goal was to make sure our children’s future prior to either one of us lost work.
And when the youngsters did not need the monies we’d put it directly back into the house. I couldn’t agree much more.
